Privacy Policy
[18%] Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 21, 2026
The 18% app (the "App") respects your privacy and is committed to handling device permissions and data transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how the App processes photos, videos, and device permissions used to provide its collage creation features.
1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
The App does not require account registration and does not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, email address, or location through a server. To provide the core feature of creating photo and video collages, the App may request access to device permissions listed below.
Photos, videos, and other media files accessed through these permissions are processed only on your device. They are not uploaded, transferred, collected, or stored on external servers.
- [Required/Optional] Photos and media access permission: Used to load photos and videos from your device gallery, place them into frames, and save completed collage results back to your device.
- [Optional] Camera access permission: Used when you choose to capture photos or videos directly inside the App and add them to the canvas.
2. Purpose of Processing
Permissions and media access requested by the App are used only to provide the App's intended ratio editing and collage creation features. The App does not analyze or use media stored on your device for advertising targeting, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
3. Sharing or Outsourcing of Personal Information
Because the App does not transmit or collect your personal information or media data externally, it does not provide, share, sell, or outsource such data to external companies or third parties.
4. Retention and Use Period
The App does not store user data in a separate database or server. If you delete the App or revoke permissions in your device settings, the App's access to those data sources is immediately blocked. Files that you personally saved to your gallery remain on your device.
5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may revoke previously granted App permissions at any time through your device settings.
- How to revoke permissions: Open your device settings > Applications/Apps > 18% > Permissions, then change allowed permissions such as Photos or Camera to "Deny." Some features, including importing and saving photos, may be limited if required permissions are revoked.
